2023 – ongoing: A process is underway to design the next phase of the Australian Red Cross and Australian Dept. of Foreign Affairs and Trade partnership, which seeks to enable communities across Asia and the Pacific to be more resilient to disasters and crises, and access financial and non-financial resources. The Partnership aims to strengthen the capability of Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies (RCRCNS) in the Asia Pacific and influence the humanitarian system to enable locally-led humanitarian leadership and action.
Day Four Projects has been commissioned to support the Australian Red Cross with: implementing and course-correcting the initial design plan and process; extensive engagement with RCRCNS partners across multiple countries and regions; ensuring design components are developed to the required standard, on time, and with appropriate input from key stakeholders; producing the final design documents and associated artifacts in line with the established milestones. This work includes extensive engagement across ARC and the movement, including with diverse business functions such as international programming, monitoring and evaluation, policy, advocacy, and National Societies.
